Chervil

Chervil teams with parsley, chives and tarragon in the classic French seasoning fines herbes. Its delicate flavors of parsley, mild anise and hints of pear make it an ideal seasoning for fish, oysters, poultry, eggs, vegetables, salads and sauces. Delicious with carrots, mushrooms, avocados and asparagus.
